- All guests must fill out the Hold Harmless Agreement, prior to your arrival to Boar's Nest Hunts.
- Refer to our Pricing Page, for cost and fees.
To book a reservation for any service, please call or text John Heffley. Your reservation will only be held for 24 hours, until a $50 non-refundable deposit is received, in order to secure your date.
- An invoice will be sent for the deposit.
- Cash preferred for remaining balance.

Notice on Thermal Hunts:
Your remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours in advance, prior to your expected arrival date. Any cancelations made within 48 hours of your scheduled hunt, will result in a Late-Notice fee of $100 that will be deducted from your refund to accommodate for your private guide.
